This Ocean sanctuary bill has been sitting idle for 7 years now at the second reading in the New Zealand parliment. It would be the 14th largest ocean reserve on the planet. The only thing stopping it is political will and a disagreement on whether maori should be able to sue the government in case they are damaged.

This is pretty cool, 3/5 times it gives me a great starting place.
