We're building a diverse and ethically-focused team of Data Scientists to help deliver on the promise of People Analytics to our business. We are are looking for motivated and experienced data scientists to help us develop advanced models and a machine learning ops framework that can support this.
In this role you'll be able to touch on multiple aspects of the Machine Learning lifecycle with a heavy emphasis on modeling.
We are starting by building two teams with three members. Each team member focusing on data modeling and each with a different specialization:
- 1 project lead - can communicate well with the stakeholders,
- 1 data hacker - can get data out of any system,
- 1 mathematical modeler - has a passion for mathematical modeling
