We're building the Sentinel AI-IONM system: an AI-driven system that monitors neurovascular integrity in real time during high-risk surgery. This role is for someone who wants genuine ownership of a hybrid hardware/software QMS and wants to be close to the regulatory and engineering core of an AI SaMD company.
You'll own and operate our Quality Management System across multiple devices (SaMD + hardware) and be directly responsible for FDA/ISO-aligned documentation, design controls, supplier quality, clinical-quality support, and software validation oversight. You'll work directly with the COO/CPO (me), CTO, and our Director of Clinical Research.

In the last few years, we've developed a real time automated signal processing platform, and are working with world-class surgeons at Hopkins and Columbia towards clinical studies to demonstrate the efficacy of our platform.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and commercialization of software/hardware accessories and third party integrations to the Sentinel AI-IOM platform. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing entire project lifecycles, including clinical validation, FDA submission, QA processes, and supply chain development. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to ensure project success.
