Nice, I did not know those! Your book really helped my to implement quantum state & process tomography during my PhD btw (much more than most journal articles on the subject), thanks again for writing it. I think together with David Mermin's "Quantum Computer Science" (which is much shorter though) it's still one of the best books on the subject.
