For a Developer that is already eying a Razer, a more reasonable response is probably "32GB, trackpoint, ability to charge via dock, Linux driver support" not "completely redo your design and form factor."

As a Game Dev and Networking Dev, i'm def. keeping an eye on the razor blade linux support. It is most assuredly a gaming laptop and I like that.
