Not fixed for me - I just tried 10^0.43407 and yup, "Invalid Input". And I know I'm up to date because I just came back to find my PC in the middle of updating the other day.
For me one of my updates had failed, so I was still getting security patches but not major version upgrades. Had to figure out the problem (media feature pack) and then update.
