I might be at A2 listening, or even B1 reading comprehension. I definitely spend less than two hours a day on it and don't converse with native speakers, which doesn't help.

Duolingo is useful for memorizing vocab, but you'll never get anywhere near fluency with it. The possible space of interactions is just too limited.
