Is it a new position or are you replacing someone? If the former, are there other people being hired and what's the plan for onboarding all those people. If the latter, what's the churn rate.

It doesn't necessarily raise a red flag, but it tells you a lot about the dynamic of the team/company.



The churn rate is an effective question. In places with revolving door cultures interviewers get rather uncomfortable when asked such a question.
