I know some adults can go on and were already going on vaccination tourism due to their countries' limitations for whatever reason but is it known which countries are confirmed to be offering free vaccination to foreigners children, e.g. children traveling with vaccinated parents but who didn't get vaccinated themselves yet and could take advantage of the trip to get immunized?
