Hard to believe it could be some IP. Perhaps the blur is a customer or internal reference UUID that would distract us from the essence of the video.

The first blur I saw looked like it was fixturing. Might be some trade secrets there.

My guess is that the factory did not want to publicly identify its customers.

The company https://hinodesuido.co.jp makes a whole bunch of cast iron things, e.g. bridge panels, bridge expansion joints. The fire hydrants (manhole covers) are quite nice with a much more ergonomic removal tool than I've seen elsewhere (See green box on home page for a video).
