I watched the video and saw 7.5 seconds compared to the older 15 seconds and was surprised that they are presumably proud of this?? Do they have no shame or do they simply do not know better? I worked on a data intensive app with 2D/3D graphics that launches in fractions of a second. All teams needs to do is primarily show some images & text.

Of all the companies that exist out there, Microsoft definitely has the resources to make full native apps for all the platforms they want Teams to run on.
