Most of us elders have seen these personal browser projects come and go these past 25-30 years. Odds and history are both against them as a long term viable project. But as a fun learning experience it's very impressive.

i'm 45 :) I consider myself elder as well.. and yes.. i've seen many come and go as well.. I just don't think that should be a reason to not do it.
