Odd, the exact same model number (FPA-1200NZ2C) was also launched in 2017:

It was then marketed as 10 nm.


Maybe its the same machine and they just turned the dial from 10 to 5.


This will be interesting because the few potential customers like TSMC and Intel are shareholders of ASML and thus their captive market.

Most people don't know that EUV was actually a DARPA funded project to pry away semiconductor leadership from the Japanese
