I find it difficult to believe that your average "addicted to social media" user cares enough to contact congress about it.
I'd be surprised if anyone stood up in favor of Facebook, Insta-whatever, etc.
The speed and stealth with which congress is moving this through adds a certain sense of urgency to the message.
