I don't even know what to say about that. Unpaid child support due to a lost job should be self explanatory. Not sure:
A - Why taking your father's license was necessary?
B - How taking your father's license was supposed to help get the child support paid? (Assuming paying the child support was the ultimate goal.)
Just thinking there must have been some rationale behind laws allowing that to happen. It'd be interesting to get the explanation of that rationale from those who had a hand in enacting laws like this. Because on its surface, that seems like madness.
