Amazing that your comment is grayed out. General advice: do your research (or, like, talk to a doctor?) before taking a rando's advice on the internet to treat whatever malady you're hoping to treat!


Why? Creatine is one of the few very effective supplements and has basically no downsides.

(It tastes bad, you'll gain water weight, and you may get false positives for kidney disease on tests.)


I usually agree with these kinds of statements but creatine has like no side effects exceptions some water retention? It's also cheap.
