Gotta throw in a mention of my fav: Odroid H2/3/4(1) $125ish for an SBC with Intel N/J series CPU, DDR4/DDR5, up to 32G RAM, SATA, Dual Ethernet etc. I have the old H2+ series and LOVE them :-)
