FYI: I noticed a bug on iPhone SE running 26.2 with tabs set to "bottom" in settings.
Scroll so that 10 is near bottom of screen. Pick 10, then scroll up a bit. The bottom 10 element then gets lost and you can't see it.
I suspect because Safari expands the size of its controls at the bottom. The cancel + place buttons stay sticky to the bottom of the screen correctly, so maybe you can do the same as what you do for them???
