This whole thing just seems like a "I never thought the leopards would eat my face" by all the people who have been shilling LLMs non-stop.

Doesn't seem like it has much to do with LLMs at all, just typical vendor lock-in nonsense like how Apple's own apps get entitlements not available to any other developer.
