Engineering leader (CTO/Head of Eng) looking for my next role leading real teams — 10-30 engineers, proper org complexity.
Career arc: IC → EM → Head of Engineering → CTO over ~6 years. Led Stream.cz (Czech Republic's largest video platform, 1M+ daily views) at Seznam.cz. Did PCI DSS certification twice at Kiwi.com and co-built their payment infrastructure. ML thesis on neural network anomaly detection (2016, before it was cool).
Currently CTO at Spaceflow (B2B SaaS proptech). The real story: company hit a severe downturn, I had to lay off most of my team, ran the platform on a skeleton crew of 3 for a year, then rebuilt. If you want a leader who's made the hard calls and kept the lights on — that's the pitch.
Still hands-on daily, GCP certified, but looking to lead not because I can't code — because I'm better at making engineering orgs work well.
