FSD has never operated above level 2 in any vehicle Tesla has ever sold, per their own documentation.

Robotaxi either has significant differences from the vehicles they sell or they are operating against highway safety standards. (Which could be the case because NHTSA is currently investigating this)



or its good enough for fenced L4


Then why do they tell regulators it’s level 2 when they sell vehicles with that software?


They’re telling them exactly the same thing they’re telling customers
