As the article states - yes, but it's 5 semi-equal quality employees so not a big deal. Of course, if you would add, say, 10 minimum wage product packers / call desk operators to the mix then it would/should be different.

Some hardcore worker coops do this though when I worked for a well known coop in the uk they had moved away from a purely flat model.
