If you want to keep it simple and standard looking, go ahead. I don't see that changing in any way.

A classic use case of the new feature for business users, would be using different board colors to easily differentiate between boards.

Just this would be a nice usability win.

You'd think so, but from when they said 'Trello Gold is for individuals' it sounds like it won't even be available to business accounts.
