A friend recently asked me: "What do you think would be the effects on my health if I joined a startup?"
I told him stories about the lack of sleep, the constant snacking (and the weight gain that typically follows that), the caffeine addiction, the Adderall and other prescriptions, the alcohol, the "no time to workout this month" problem, the depression, etc etc.
Halfway through my answer I realized: "This is coming off super negative, maybe I'm not being fair here." So I thought I'd ask you HN:
Have you experienced any positive health effects from startup life? Either physical health, emotional/psychological health, spiritual health, social well-being, etc?
